Topic: Improving the insulation of my home to save energy?

The home I live in is about 30 years old and the insulation could definitely be replaced.  I've heard that there is a new spray on insulation on the market that can cut my energy bill if I have someone install it for me.  Are there other option I could use to make my insulation work better and allow me to use less energy during the winter?

Gardening for the 10th season this year and storing seeds in a survival seed bank to be used next year. Is it ok to freeze kratom seeds?

Re: Improving the insulation of my home to save energy?

Insulation reduces the exchange of heat through a surface such as a wall, attic, duct or roof. In a well-insulated home, less warm air escapes from the house during the winter, and less cool air escapes during the summer, reducing the amount of energy needed for heating and cooling............
