Navy Bureau of Medicine, Facility Energy Audit, Naval Health Clinic Corpus Christi

Abraxas Energy Consulting conducted an energy assessment for Corpus Christi Naval Health Clinic in Corpus Christi, Texas in November 2013. Navy Bureau of Medicine, Facility Energy Audit, Naval Hospital Bremerton

Abraxas Energy Consulting conducted an energy assessment for Bremerton Naval Hospital in Bremerton, Washington in August 2013. There are 5 buildings in the scope of this project at this facility: a 24,799 square foot building which 3rd floor will serve as a dental clinic (B-506), three health clinics of 29,868 square foot, 32,801 square foot and 32,780 square foot respectively (B-940, B-2010 and B-2050), and a 17,425 square foot health and education center (B-2850). The goal of the audit was to assist Bremerton in identifying and developing energy investment initiatives that achieved the federally required energy reductions.

Joint Base Lewis-McChord

Our client was the United States Army Corps of Engineers. Abraxas Energy Consulting was contracted to perform an energy audit on 112 buildings consisting of barracks, office buildings, warehouses, convenience stores, vehicle maintenance shops, and others that constituted 1,921,798 square feet.

US Border Station

Our client was GSA Region 8. The location was a US Border Station in Montana consisting of 5 buildings comprising 12,000 square feet. The buildings include a main building, two garages, an office/firing range, and a water treatment plant. An ASHRAE Level II audit was conducted.

Veterans Hospital Texas

Our client was a VA Hospital in Texas. The hospital campus had roughly 700,000 square feet.

Bozeman Fish Technology Center, USFWS Region 6: Region-wide Energy Audits

The Bozeman Fish Technology Center is a 53,822 GSF Fish Research Center located in Bozeman,
Montana. The Center consists of 15 buildings including office space, storage, laboratories, fish production
and research buildings, as well as housing and a maintenance shop. Abraxas Energy Consulting
conducted an ASHRAE Level II audit.

Marine Corps Air Station Miramar: Energy Audits

Abraxas Energy Consulting conducted ASHRAE Level 2 Energy Audits and similarly scoped Water Audits for the Marine Corps Air Station, Miramar from October 2010 through January 2011. Eight buildings were selected for auditing, including a grocery mart, three office buildings and 4 aircraft hangars, totaling 700,101 square feet. The goal of the audit was to assist MCAS Miramar in achieving the EISA 2007 required 30% energy reductions by providing conservation measures with detailed descriptions, scopes and calculations that could then be executed using O&M, ECIP or other sources of funding.
