Q: I am getting green check marks on all the statistical indicators, but the meter still has a red X next to it. Why is this?

A:  This can be caused when demand is enabled for the meter when it shouldn't be. If you import billing data in which the demand column has zeros instead of blanks, Metrix will enable demand for the meter which will interfere with tuning.

To fix this problem click on the meter in question in the left pane, and then under the "Meter Setup" tab change the value next to Demand from one to zero. This should disable demand for the meter and give it a green check mark.

Don't Forget to remove the zeros in the mt1 file for the meter(s) that shouldn't have demand (demand is listed in column "X") in case you have to re import the billing data otherwise Metrix will enable demand again.
