Q: I don\'t see \"Import License\" when I go through the start button. (version 4.4)

A:  We have see this on a few computers where only the IT department has the admin rights to install software. To fix this, have the IT people log in as administrators, then the option will be visible under their log in. At this point create a shortcut to "import license" and place it in a user file that is frequently accessed when the Metrix user is logged in.
