Q: I have just installed Office 2010, and since then I have constantly been getting errors when trying to open/use Report Maker, why is this happening?

A:  This is a common error when it comes to users installing Office 2010. When installing Office 2010, you most likely installed it as a 64-bit Office. This causes problems when running Report Maker. In order to check if you have a 64-bit or 32-bit Office 2010 installed, go to file > Help. On the new help window that pops up, under "About Microsoft Word/Excel", it should say Version: ###### (32 - bit) or (64 - bit). If it says 64 - bit, you need to re-install Office 2010 as a 32-bit Office 2010.
