Q: What do the new \"Do not proportionally adjust Misc/Credit costs when calculating Avg. Cost/energy and Avg. Cost/Demand\" do?
A: We have found that users have two different strategies when entering values into the Misc $ column. Some users enter the customer service charge and fuel adjustments, while other users just enter the customer service charge. In previous versions of Metrix, the Baseline and Actual Misc $ and Credit $ line items would vary proportional to the change in baseline energy and actual energy consumption, which served the group that entered fuel adjustments. Now, Metrix has the option to keep the baseline Misc $ cost the same as the actual cost.
