Q: ERROR: \"Meter reading dates are not in order\"

A:  Normally, Metrix will automatically identify and sort each bill by read date. However, occasionally, Metrix will not automatically recognize to sort each bill. To fix this issue, go into the Register tab for a given meter, and scroll through each cell in the \"Period End\" column by holding down the up or down arrow key. After doing so, the bills should be in the correct order. We can confirm that the issue is corrected by clicking on \"Quality Control\" under the \"Performance\" toolbar button.
