Q: Retrieving error info

A:  Sometimes, ReportMaker generates error messages that prevent the software from running smoothly.

The following zip file contains an application that when run, it will be able to compile the necessary information for us to understand better the issues your system may be having.

to use this application do the following:

  1. Please download the file "Info.zip".
  2. Extract the application from the zip file, then run executeGetInfo.bat as administrator (right click on the bat file and chose run as administrator)
  3. Two text files will be created in the same folder.
  4. Zip them manually (if you can) and send to us at helpdesk@abraxasenergy.com
