Q: I can not find the Administrator\'s password file, What should I do?

A:
A file, mxadmin.dat, needs to be in the metrixdata directory. If you are experiencing this error message, then the file is not there. You might choose to do a search and find out where yours got located.
If you cannot find yours, or don't want to bother, download into your metrixdata directory.
