Q: For some hours, I see average zone temperatures that are 0 in diagnostic results. Is there a way to find out what the zone temperatures are for these hours and months?

A: 

In diagnostic results, if temperatures are 0 or nearly 0, that usually means that the supply fans are turned off. If you look at loadshape results, you will see that this is the case.

Unfortunately, if the fans are off, MarketManager will not supply any temperature data in diagnostics.
